As the Chief Executive Officer for Be Challenged, Lisa Kelliher has had a career firmly embedded in learning and development, cultural enhancement, educational design and team development. Her master’s degree in arts and education, coupled with rich career experiences across a range of non-government Independent schools, led to varied leadership opportunities, where she specialised in the development of professional development for the staff, students, and parents of these organisations. Prior to her appointment as CEO at Be Challenged, Lisa was the Head of People and culture, Head of Business Support and an in-house Educational Consultant.

This, coupled with her experience in Registration and Accreditation for the New South Wales Education Standards Authority has engendered within Lisa a great passion for the development of learning and development opportunities which enhance the synergy of teams while prioritising the well- being of employees. Lisa’s experience at NESA honed her awareness of designing professional development opportunities for organisations which uphold key compliance responsibilities, and which serve to empower employees in these vital areas.

Her experience as a presenter at seminars and conferences such as The Leading Edge: Women in Education showcases Lisa’s deep appreciation of the value of diversity and inclusion in the workplace. Lisa’s lecturing experiences to final year Master of Education students at The University of Sydney reflect her ability to design and develop bespoke presentations for participants of a range of contexts.
