Kai Raisbeck is a highly skilled creative with a wide gamut of skills in videography, directing, producing, editing, and motion graphics. With a keen eye for storytelling and a focus on delivering captivating content, he brings a wealth of experience to a wide range of channels, creating compelling video content for live entertainment, events, documentaries, interviews, and editorial pieces for broadcast and social media platforms.
Kai is currently the Creative Director of the content team at AV1, an events and production company with locations in Sydney, Melbourne, and the Gold Coast. In this role, he leads a team of creatives to conceptualise and produce outstanding video content for various events and productions.
Throughout his career, Kai has worked with prestigious organisations, including the Sydney Dance Company, Sydney Symphony Orchestra, Royal National Theatre in London, Australian Chamber Orchestra, Sydney Opera House, National Institute of Dramatic Art, Griffin Theatre Company, Darlinghurst Theatre Company, and Terrapin Puppet Theatre.
Kai’s talent has been recognised globally, as evidenced by his work with renowned institutions such as the Royal National Theatre in London. During his tenure, he played a key role in ideating and developing end-to-end multimedia content that connected audiences and key stakeholders with the National Theatre’s mission, reaching and engaging diverse audiences and artists across the UK. His contributions included crafting engaging short-form feature documentaries, highlighting productions and industry professionals through interviews and behind-the-scenes content.
Furthermore, Kai has made significant contributions as a Multimedia Content Producer for the Sydney Symphony Orchestra. He masterfully planned, filmed, edited, and communicated video and multimedia content for various digital platforms, ensuring a high level of quality and attention to detail. Collaborating with multiple departments, including PR, Marketing, Advertising, Education, Philanthropy, and Business, he generated ideas to enhance the SSO brand through impactful video content.
