Delivery Details

Deliveries can be made to ILUMINA’s loading dock on Monday 18 August between the hours of 6:30am to 6:00pm
Deliveries at 1 Elizabeth are managed through the Veyor loading dock

    The booking time is 20 minutes block for loading dock. If a need arises you can book multiple slots through Veyor.Management system, accessible at www.veyordigital.com

    • Deliveries must not require mechanical assistance like forklifts and must be removed within the booked timeframe.
    • All contractors and delivery providers must use the Veyor system.
    • Access to ILUMINA level 3 is via the North Tower Lift
          • Load 2000 kg
          • Door size 1400 x 2400
          • Lift size W1500 x D2460 x H3200

    All deliveries for ILUMINA are to be directed (NORTH TOWER) to 4 Castlereagh St, opposite 9 Castlereagh St, left after Hunter St intersection. (Dock height clearance is 3.4 meters)

    Events Uncovered Team

    Please email events@intermedia.com.au with your intended stand display & activation plans for approval. This should include demonstration items that you will be providing or that will be set in your activation space, branding stands, furniture, gift bags or other collateral, etc.

    All portable electrical equipment, appliances and leads used at the venue must be tested and tagged in accordance with Australian Standard 3760 and Workplace Health & Safety Legislation prior to coming on site. Any electrical equipment found not tested will be removed from the venue. For safety reasons, double adaptors are not to be used in the venue.
