2025 OPERATIONAL DETAILS
The following section outlines your operational information about exhibiting at Events Uncovered.
Delivery Hours
- The loading dock operates (manned) Weekdays from 6:30am to 6:00pm
- The booking time is 20 minutes block for loading dock. If a need arises you can book multiple slots through Veyor.
- The Dock can be accessed 24/7, however, all bookings need to be requested and approved via the Veyor Booking system. Once the approved company arrives at the dock (when unmanned) they will press an intercom button which will be answered by security who will open the dock for them given they were expecting them at the approved time.
- Deliveries must not require mechanical assistance like forklifts and must be removed within the booked timeframe.

We strongly recommend you bring your own trolley.

Delivery Instructions
Contractors / Suppliers
All Contractors and suppliers are to be directed to 4 Castlereagh St, opposite 9 Castlereagh St (NORTH TOWER). Mandatory checklist CAMS (Contractor Access Management System) is required for all the contractors performing works or who require access to site.
REGISTER YOUR COMPANY (TIKS & CAMS)
Vehicles CANNOT BE LEFT PARKED IN THE LOADING DOCK. Goods must be delivered, and vehicles removed immediately.
Vehicle Access
Delivery vehicles carrying exhibition material may gain access to the Loading Dock 1 Elizabeth. All deliveries MUST be booked via the Veyor Management System.
No deliveries will be accepted through concierge.
Loading Dock
Access to ILUMINA level 3 is via the North Tower Lift
- Load 2000 kg
- Door size 1400 x 2400
- Lift size W1500 x D2460 x H3200
Collections
Courier companies should be instructed to pick up directly from the loading dock on Tuesday 19 August from 18:00. Any items not collected or packed up will be disposed of.
