Andrew Everingham is the Founder and CEO of CAPITAL-e, a marketing and events agency that helps brands create standout experiences with purpose and impact. With offices in Sydney and Singapore, and operations worldwide, CAPITAL-e partners with organisations to deliver high-impact business events, executive experiences, and integrated campaigns that
drive real business outcomes.
Andrew takes a holistic approach to leadership, blending creativity, operational discipline, and clarity of purpose to help clients cut through the noise and engage their audiences in meaningful ways. Under his direction, CAPITAL-e delivers standout programs for some of the world’s most recognised brands across Asia Pacific, North America, EMEA, and beyond.
Before founding CAPITAL-e, Andrew was Marketing Director at Salesforce, where he helped shape the company’s early growth across APAC. Earlier in his career, he led agency teams across the region, developing integrated campaigns across events, PR, and marketing.
Beyond his commercial work, Andrew has long been committed to community impact. In 2009, he co-founded Sydney Homeless Connect, a volunteer-run initiative that connected thousands of people experiencing homelessness with vital services. A founding member of the collective giving group IMPACT100 Sydney North, he also serves on the board of the Sydney Street Choir Foundation, helping to change lives through the power of song.
Most recently, Andrew’s focus has turned to reimagining how we gather, in business and beyond. He’s exploring what it takes to create experiences that go deeper, leave a lasting mark, and unlock real momentum. Informed by emerging research into the science of belonging, attention, and group dynamics, his belief is simple: gathering matters, and the way we connect shapes the way we move forward.
